• A 15% cancellation fee will apply to any booking cancelled prior to 48 hours notice of the booking date.
• A 50% refund will be given to customers that cancel their tour or lessons less than 48 hours before the date of the tour.
• Any customer who fails to attend a tour or lesson will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
• Gift Vouchers are not refundable as cash but may be exchangeable with similar services if agreed to by the operator.

Kitesurfing, Paddle boarding and Kayaking are weather dependant sports. The operator reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel the activity if conditions are unsuitable.
